Penguin Ed’s BBQ will offer their barbecue sandwiches at 1993 prices at their celebration, and will offer free cake, balloons for the kids, prizes, and more to commemorate the occasion from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8 at all three of their Fayetteville locations.
